Exchange Policy

You have 24 hrs from the date of delivery to claim for the exchange if:

•       The product is damaged or has manufacturing issues.

•       The product received does not match the ordered size.

•       This is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders please contact our customer support team on WhatsApp +92 304 9683960 and we will try to help you out in a possible way within 7 days of delivery.

•       If the customer is facing a size issue in the ordered article, we do offer a size exchange facility for it.

Note: The customer will need to send the article back to us and will bear the shipping cost of it.

How do I apply for Exchange?

•       To return an item, please contact us at Nouranofficial7@gmail.com or on WhatsApp number +92 304 9683960 with the return reason and order details.

•       Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

When will my exchange be processed?

•       We aim to process all exchanges within 5-10 working days after receiving.

•       During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your exchange to be processed.

Do you offer refund?

•       We are not offering refunds in any case. For international customers, we only offer exchanges of articles or voucher/discount codes for future online shopping if they cancel their paid orders.

Delivery Time Period

•       The standard delivery duration within Pakistan is 05 to 07 working days.

•       The estimated delivery duration for International orders is 10 to 15 working days (depending on the destination).

•       Delivery time may exceed due to high volume order log.
