•       Prices and promotions may change without prior notice.

•       Payment must be completed before order processing, except for Cash on Delivery (COD).

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

•       Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 4–6 business days.

•       Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

•       Nouran is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

❌ Order Cancellation

•       Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

•       After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has been processed or shipped.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

•       Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

•       Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

•       Return and exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval.

•       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

✔️ Product Quality

•       All products sold by Nouran are 100% genuine and carefully inspected before dispatch.

•       Product images are for reference only; slight variations may occur.

🔐 User Responsibilities

•       Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information.

•       Nouran is not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
